If you have a change of heart or your item is damaged or faulty, we will happily refund your full-priced items within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be discussed before sending back to us, otherwise we may not accept the returned goods. All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or store credit. 

Products received after 30 days or not received in original condition will be issued a store credit to use on www.fkitsunnies.com.au

The refunded credit will be issued to the same form of payment used to place the original order. For change of heart refunds, there will be a return fee of $10.95 deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for full refund payment to process. You will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your refund has been processed on our end.

We offer free standard shipping on all sunglass orders! If you would like to make it Express Shipping that comes at a price of $4.95 for any orders 500g and under (no more than 2 pairs of sunglasses). Orders between 500g - 1kg (between 2 - 4 sets of sunglasses) will have an express charge of $8.95. Any orders larger than that wanting express shipping will be charged the full rate of $13.95. All orders are dispatched on either the same day or next business day.

If you are placing an order on accessories alone, shipping will be charged at full rate for any orders at $20 and under. Orders over $20 will qualify for our free standard shipping and will only be charged shipping if they wish to pay the extra $4.95 for express shipping.
